PUBLICATION The Association publishes one volume per year on the occasion of the annual Meeting. Five volumes have been published up to 2011.
DESCRIPTION The Associazione Italiana Collezionisti di Cartografia Antica is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote the culture and passion of ancient maps. To demonstrate its commitment to scholarly work on the history of cartography, it has adopted the name of Roberto Almagià (1884-1962), the famous Italian map historian, geographer and also collector. The Society was formed in 2006 and is based in Rome, Italy. Most of the meetings have been held in the small town of Sant’Anatolia di Narco (Perugia, Italy).
