Hot & Cold Salad

Makes two - three servings. The recipe can be doubled or trebled for large parties if needed.


1/2 head Cauliflower
2 large ripe Tomatoes or 15 Cherry Tomatoes at room temperature
1.5 Tbl. Chives minced
2 Tbl. Ponzu sauce
.5 Tbl. Garlic finely minced
1 Tbl. Finely minced Tarragon


Steam or Nuke cauliflower & chop coarsly

Coarsly chop tomatoes or halve cherry tomatoes

Toss all ingredients together.

Enjoy!
