Spark up a normally bland dish with this very easy and fast recipe that will get rave reviews. This is a very satisfying blend of creamed spinach in the style of several of the great American steak houses. Don't shy away from the Sour Cream dip with Jalapeno it is very mild, but it does make a difference. The dip is also good as a topper for baked potatoes and steamed vegetables.
